Electronic Access control,
Air tight doors are part of the barrier such as
shower-exits, airlocks, emergency exits.
At least
3 showers, each of 40 litres of
water, 5 minutes cycle.

Graded negative pressure
w.r.t atmospheric pressure is maintained.
Air is exhausted to atmosphere through HEPA
Filters.
It comprises of 23 AH
units with 97 HEPA filters fitted in 92
filter housings (Lab-58, animal wing
-25, ETP and others- 09).

(Liquid Waste Sterilization Plant)

the effluents collected from different
points and
sterilized by heat(121oC, 30 min) at the
basement 3 mt and 5.3mt below the ground
level.

Heat
sensitive materials such as electronic
equipments/ gadgets etc. are passed through
ETO.
Formaldehyde fumigation
through a 16 h program.

All the waste generated is incinerated.
